This file can be imported into Dave’s Redistricting App. It is based on the remedial congressional map drawn by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Because block assignments do not match up perfectly with the voting districts used by Dave’s Redistricting App, some districts in this file contain more or fewer blocks than in reality. In cases where a congressional district split a 2010 voting district, the voting district was assigned to the congressional district with the largest portion of the voting district’s voting-age population
