Note that the other tabs are not responsive for a while

If you open locally or via incognito mode or in a browser that doesn’t have the WalkMe extension installed, the tabs are responsive instantly on page load.

My suspicion is that the WalkMe extension is parsing all of the data: URIs, which this page has a lot of. The Algorithms team makes a lot of dashboards that encode images in data URIs, and a lot of these dashboards are now unusable in Chrome because of this.
