with R using htmltools

Although RStudio markdown supports LaTeX with MathJax , KaTeX from Khan Academy contends to be faster and better. This short example shows how we can employ KaTeX in R. We'll borrow heavily from the demo page code in the gh-pages branch of KaTeX for this quick set of examples.

As a direct comparision with the inline LaTeX, we'll use the same simple arithmetic mean example used in the RStudio tutorial.

For fun, let's grab the Greek letters from this list by scraping in R.
