Glitch audio and video at random intervals while a <video>
plays.
The visual glitching is the same technique used in this globe. The audio glitching is done by randomly sending the source audio through either a WaveShaperNode with a distortion curve or a ConvolverNode that uses some silly selections from the Impulse Response Database.
